Our Products

Because we are a smaller business, we can afford to hand select each wood product personally for its natural appeal, color, quality, unique grains, and sustainability.
Our base hard wood species are black walnut, black cherry, maple, ambrosia maple, birdseye maple, and canary wood. All slabs and burls are custom designed, cut to order as available, and solid boards.
Each board is a top product and finished with a food grade mineral oil and natural bees wax mixture. Customer orders are always welcome! Please give us a shout to discuss what we can create together.

Board Care

This board should never be put into the dishwasher. Clean with soap and warm water. Wipe and let dry vertically after each use. If left wet and laying flat, warping and/or cracking can occur.

After several periods of use, the wood finish may appear dull. Applying a fresh coat of board finish will keep your wood board looking great.

Directions

Whether it’s a cutting board or charcuterie board, following the directions below will ensure that the soul of your wood board serves you well for many years.

The frequency of board finish application will depend on how often the board is used. Once a month is a good average or more frequency if required. Apply a liberal coat to the entire board surface with a clean cloth and let set for 1-2 hours to soak in. Even longer works! Wipe off the excess finish with a clean cloth and buff smooth. You may store the initial wiping cloth in a zip lock bag as a starting cloth for the next application as it will still contain finish.

This board has been treated with a blend of food safe mineral oil and natural beeswax. Commercially available board finishes may also be used.
